Host service fee

A host service fee of 20% applies to the total amount the host charges their guests for their trip. Total trip charges include the nightly RV rental rate, cleaning fees, delivery charges, optional add-ons, and incidental charges upon return (e.g., additional mileage, generator usage, and closeout). This fee is only applied to paid bookings and is deducted before the host's payout. The service fee does not apply to damage charges and is subject to the tax applied in your province or state.

The host service fee includes insurance, so there is no additional charge for protecting your RV during the rental. If you opt out of our insurance, the service fee will remain the same. The service fee covers payment processing, marketing promotion, listing management, support, and insurance costs to protect your RV.

Guest service fee

The flat percentage guest service fee applies to the total rental amount, including any add-ons, mileage overages, and additional post-trip charges. Damage fees, as well as insurance, are not subject to the guest service fee. A minimum service fee of $10 per night for trailers and $15 per night for motorhomes applies to all bookings.

RV age restrictions

Motorhomes must be less than 20 years old. Trailers must be less than 25 years old. RVezy offers commercial rental insurance to cover your RV during the rental period. Insurance protection for hosts is included in the host service fee. If you opt out of our insurance, the service fee will remain the same.

Please note hosts must have personal RV insurance on their unit to qualify for RVezy's commercial rental coverage. A host's personal RV insurance is never affected when they rent out their RV on RVezy.

Hosts can choose to have their RV listing featured at the top of relevant search results for an additional fee of up to 9%. Featured RVs increase booking requests by an average of 57%. This fee is only applied to paid bookings and is deducted before the host's payout. Enable the "featured RV" option from the "earn more" section of your listing.‌‌‌‌

Note: Taxes may apply to the service fee based on your province or state of residence.

Late fee

If a guest returns the RV after the agreed-upon return time, the host will charge the guest $100 plus an additional $50 administrative fee. The full amount will be deducted from the guest's security deposit.

RV cleaning fee

Members of the RVezy community understand that an RV can sometimes get dirty. Therefore, an acceptable level of dirt can be expected. However, if a mess is excessive, the host will charge the guest a $150 cleaning fee plus an additional $50 administration fee. The full amount will be deducted from the guest's security deposit.

No-show fee

If a guest does not show up to collect the RV and has not contacted the host or a member of the RVezy team, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

Refill fee

Guests who return the RV without full fuel, gasoline, or propane tanks will pay the total cost to replenish the tanks plus an additional $50 administration fee. These fees will be deducted from the guest's security deposit. Hosts must provide RVezy with a receipt indicating the cost to refill the tanks.

Missing items or damage fee

If an RV is returned with missing items or damage, the host must advise RVezy of the problem. The value of all missing items or damage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Security deposit

If there is a dispute about the deductions made to the security deposit, a member of the RVezy team will be happy to help the host and the guest come to an agreement.
